If you are a continuing patient of one of our providers they may, in some cases, permit refills of your prescription(s) by phone. To do this, call your pharmacy who will fax your request to us with the appropriate information, Monday through Friday. If you are on maintenance medication; high blood pressure, seizure medication, etc., we require a monthly visit by you to ensure your health and safety. Please allow 72 hours for refills.

Confidentiality
All of our medical records are confidential and require a signed release from the patient before they are given to any party outside our office. We, at Rainbow Medical Centers, recognize our professional obligation to our patients, both during your visit and after.
Lab Results
Rainbow Medical Centers' provider, or designated medical
personnel, will contact you with laboratory results when
required.
If your laboratory results require follow-up, the provider/
designated personnel will send you a follow-up card.
You will not be notified of normal laboratory results unless
you, the patient, request to be notified.
